2018 KITSAP COUNTY TENNIS LEAGUE TENNIS TOURNAMENT

Location: South Kitsap High School Tennis Courts

 

Dates:

Singles on: 6/30 & 7/1/2018

Doubles on: 7/28 & 7/29/2018

Tournament player information: 

​​

  • Deadlines:  Singles no later than 11:59pm on Thursday 6/28/2018 and for Doubles, no later than 11:59pm on Thursday  7/26/2018.

  • Events are: Singles or Doubles (*Doubles includes Mens, Womens & Mixed)

  • All players may play one level up (Except Advance Players)

  • Skill Levels are:

    • D: Intermediate,

    • C:  HI (High Intermediates),

    • B: HI/Adv. (High Intermediates /Adv.)

    • A: Advance. 

  • Doubles: The highest partner determines Division B/C plays "B", C/D plays "C"; A can only play "A"

  • All events will be limited to 16 entries per event.  Sorry, no exceptions.

  • Round of 16 matches will be played on Saturday morning. 

  • Quarter Finals begin early Saturday Afternoon. 

  • Semi-Finals will be scheduled Sunday morning.

  • Finals begin early Sunday afternoon. 

  • Top 3 finishers in each division receive T-Shirt, irst place is Long Sleeve Dry Fit.

  • League rules apply to all matches.

  • Players will abide by the USTA code of conduct. 

  • DRAW will be posted on Friday Aftenoon before tourney. Director reserves right to make changes due to weather, safety, or other issues.

Tournament Fee:

Singles: $15.00 

Doubles: $15.00 per player

***Players that withdraw from the tournament forfeit their registration fee.***

EACH PLAYER MUST REGISTER ONLINE.

PLEASE MAKE YOUR YOUR DOUBLES PARTNER ALSO REGISTER FOR EVENT!!! 

 

Players will be responsible to check for starting times for their events online KCTL.  If you know that you cannot make your scheduled match, please call Bob Johnston at the Tournament Desk: rkj.johnston@gmail.com 

The 15 minute default rule applies to all matches.[1] Call the Tournament Desk.  Let’s have some fun!

 

[1] “2016 Friend At Court” FYI: There must be a court open prior to beginning this rule.  After the first five (5) minutes of being late you will be lose a game.  After the next Ten (10) minutes of being late, you will lose the first set.  After 15 minutes, the match is given to the player that showed up while there is vacant court.
